This model is different than others, in that you are dealing with a single entity (the design-build contractor), for all the stages of the work, starting with the design phase through to completion of the project and beyond.

 

ML Construction assumes responsibility for the project from initial design concepts right through construction completion, including budgeting, ordering products, obtaining permits, and scheduling the entire project.

Our designer will sit down with you and will have plans developed based on your input – your wish list and your budget. During this process creativity and new vision will come to your space. This may even include a complete structural redesign.
